Submit forms to compliance/TC - You cannot go LIVE if compliance/TC does not have the executed RLA.

Arrange for Termite Inspection if necessary - see Vendor list

Arrange for Hazard disclosures through MyNHD or Property ID or Disclosuresource

Arrange for HOA docs and home warranty if required

Arrange for 9A Retrofitting compliance if in LA City - see Vendor list see what is a 9A and DWP certification

Have Seller complete SPQ for buyer

Then prepare to collect all documents to sign as per checklist.

BUYING AGENT: FORMS
You MUST complete the BRBC form before you show any properties other wise the buying broker gets no commission.
You need to include the SPBB form with any purchase agreement so that the seller can pay the buying broker commission.
When you have an accepted offer, you should have:-

You need to have a login ID and PW from your association.
Click ZIPFORMS Login in intranet DOWNLOAD FORMS OR https://www.car.org/en/LogIn
Click Template
Click Import
Import the ZIPFORM TEMPLATE in intranet DOWNLOAD FORMS
When you are first time creating your transaction forms, click new transaction, apply template, choose the template you imported just.
When you are creating FUTURE transactions, click your old transaction, click COPY, rename it, and then open the transaction.
All updates are done on cover sheet, and minor details changed in each single form.
