All STANFLES REALTY offices are corporate owned and branded. In each office will be PCs with Internet access, WIFI, photocopy and printing machines. Also available will be video conference call capabilities in the meeting rooms between satellite offices and HQ.
HQ DOWNTOWN LA
To enter Downtown LA office 1st time, USE and RETURN access card to lock box next to mail box. Code is 9012. Pick up your personal door access card in the office Broker Tray after you enter the office. Give broker the envelope number you picked for activation.

Parking at Downtown LA office is FREE M-F 5pm -2am. FREE WEEKENDS. NOTE: Parking is free only for visitors of residents in the building (New Policy), so we have a few residents friends whom you can use their name and unit number when entering the parkade. These names and unit numbers are in the broker tray right of main door, on post card mails. Memorize the name/unit number. Eg: Kiev from Unit 303
IRVINE - NEWPORT BEACH
To enter SR IRVINE-NEWPORT BEACH office, you need to get the keys from the LOCKBOX code (9012). Lockbox is on the #9 Suite door Knob.

Parking at SR IRVINE - NEWPORT BEACH office is FREE. No overnight parking.
Please note that we only use the HEAD OFFICE ADDRESS for ALL agent correspondence, Escrow and client communications. It is the Agent's responsibility for any delay if mail is sent to ANY SATELLITE OFFICE instead of the HEAD OFFICE.
